Use the official Serbia veterinary health certificate for pet birds. After completion by a USDA-accredited veterinarian, APHIS endorsement is required.

  • Certificate must be issued by a USDA-accredited veterinarian and then endorsed by APHIS.
  • Certificate must be issued and endorsed within 48 hours of the pet’s travel or on the last business day before travel, as specified on the certificate.

Endorsement and signatures

APHIS endorsement is required after a USDA-accredited veterinarian completes the certificate. Veterinarian electronic signatures are accepted; APHIS endorsement must accompany the animal with original ink signature and/or embossed stamp.
