Vaccinations
Description:
Pets must be identified by a permanent means (i.e., microchip or tattoo) prior to rabies vaccination.
- The health certificate must be issued by a USDA accredited veterinarian within five (5) business days of export.
- The health certificate must be endorsed by APHIS within three (3) calendar days of export.
- The pet must be clinically examined by a USDA accredited veterinarian within 24 hours of export.
Certifications
Description:
The health certificate is only valid if all four (4) pages are complete.
- Pages 1 through 3 of the certificate must be completed by a USDA accredited veterinarian prior to APHIS endorsement.
- The Addendum (page 4) must be completed by the issuing USDA accredited veterinarian within 24 hours of export.
Microchip
