Description:

Dogs and cats must be vaccinated against rabies twice or more after the microchip implanting.

At least 91 days old at the time of vaccination.
After the microchip implanting.
More than 30 days apart from the first vaccination.
Rabies vaccination required at least two times.Second rabies vaccination must be given at least 30 days after the first vaccination
Rabies antibody test (FAVN test) required after second vaccination
FAVN test must show antibody level of 0.5 IU/ml or higher

Recommended to use Form A or Form C provided by Japan
Must include microchip number, vaccination dates, FAVN test results, and all required information
