A CZI issued by the official veterinary authority of the country of origin may be required. For travelers from the United States, use the APHIS Chile rabbits/hares health certificate completed by a USDA-Accredited Veterinarian and endorsed by USDA-APHIS. VEHCS electronic endorsement/signatures are accepted; travel with a printed copy of the endorsed certificate.

  • Confirm with SAG which certificate/attestations are required for your species and origin.
  • If originating in the U.S.: have a USDA-Accredited Veterinarian complete the APHIS Chile rabbits/hares certificate and obtain USDA-APHIS endorsement (VEHCS accepted).
