Entry port and quarantine
Per SAG rules (Resolución SAG N° 5.733/2017), pet birds must comply with designated entry and quarantine procedures.
- Enter Chile with pet birds only via Santiago International Airport (SCL).
- Undergo a 21-day post-arrival quarantine at the SAG Lo Aguirre facility.
