Vaccinations
Description:

Cats aged 3 months or older must have a valid rabies vaccination. If a prior vaccination is still valid, a new dose is not required; otherwise, revaccinate and wait 20 days before travel, or provide a rabies antibody titer ≥0.5 IU/ml taken within 12 months before travel. Cats under 3 months are not required to be vaccinated for rabies.

  • Cats 3 months and older: valid rabies vaccination is required.
  • If previous rabies vaccination is still valid, revaccination is not required.

Certifications
Description:

Use the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) Veterinary Certificate Form No. 15 for cats traveling to Belarus.

  • Certificate must be issued after a clinical examination within 5 days of travel.
  • Certificate must be endorsed by USDA APHIS.
Microchip

Not required for personal pets; the identification field on Form 15 may be left blank per APHIS guidance.
