Service Animals Policy

Only dogs are accepted as service animals and travel free of charge. Service dogs may travel without a kennel but must wear a leash and collar; guide dogs must also wear a harness. Required documentation includes evidence of service animal function from recognized authorities or health professionals, a filled Service Animal Air Transportation Form, microchip implantation certificate, and health certificates. Service animals must be at least 6 months old and healthy. Brachycephalic breeds are prohibited from traveling in cargo. Passengers must present all required documents at check-in and ensure the animal remains under control throughout the journey.

Emotional Support:

Emotional Support Animals (ESA) Policy

Emotional support cats and dogs travel free of charge. Dogs do not require a carrier but must wear a leash, harness, and ID tag during the flight. Cats must travel in a carrier. Documentation required includes a medical prescription from a licensed mental health professional issued within one year of travel, vaccination records, deworming proof, and a recent health certificate. Additional requirements apply for international flights, including sanitary certificates and compliance with destination country regulations. Brachycephalic breeds are not allowed in cargo. Only one ESA per passenger is permitted, and animals must be in good health.
