Guide dogs accompanying passengers with reduced mobility are carried free of charge, in addition to the free baggage allowance.

Only pets and their cages not exceeding a weight fixed by the carrier may be accepted in the cabin.
Pets must be placed in a carrier designed for this purpose, which is closed and fully contains the animal.
The animal must be able to stand up, turn around, and breathe easily and freely inside the carrier.
Passengers must not remove animals, even partially, from their carriers during the entire flight.

Cargo:

Pets travelling in the hold must be placed in a rigid plastic or fiberglass carry cage approved by IATA.
The pet and its cage are not included in the free baggage allowance; a surcharge applies.
