ValuJet Airlines accommodates guide dogs for passengers with reduced mobility free of charge.

• Guide dogs and their cages are carried free in addition to the free baggage allowance.

In-Cabin Carrier Details

The carriage of pets traveling with passengers requires the carrier's prior and explicit acceptance.

• The number of pets allowed is limited per flight and per passenger.
• Certain categories of pets are prohibited according to current regulations.
• Passengers must provide valid documents for their pets, including passports, health and vaccination certificates, and entry or transit permits as required by departure, arrival, or transit countries.
• Conditions such as age, weight, and health checks may apply depending on the destination; passengers should consult the carrier for details.
• The pet and its cage are not included in the free baggage allowance; a surcharge applies under conditions available from the carrier.

• Only pets and their cages not exceeding a weight limit set by the carrier may be accepted in the cabin.
• Pets must be placed in a carrier designed for this purpose, which is closed and fully contains the animal, allowing it to stand up, turn around, and breathe easily.
• Passengers must not remove animals, even partially, from their carriers during the entire flight.

In Cargo Carrier Details

Pets must be transported in carriers that meet specific safety standards.

• Use a rigid plastic or fiberglass carry cage.
• Carrier must be approved by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
