Pets accepted are cats and dogs with valid vaccination and health certificates, entry permits, and other required documentation for transit countries.

  • Maximum of two live animals allowed in the cabin per flight.
  • Transportation requires reservations due to restrictions on number and type of pets.
  • Pets must be transported in a designated cage measuring 55 x 40 x 20 cm, provided by the owner.
  • Total weight of pet plus cage must not exceed 6 kg.
  • Cage must have a label with the passenger's and animal's name.
  • Pets must be healthy, harmless, clean, and odor-free.
  • Station staff may refuse boarding if the pet appears restless, aggressive, or sickly.
  • Health certificate, vaccination certificate, and ID must be kept with the passenger and shown during flight acceptance and upon request.
