In-Cabin Carrier Details

Pets accepted are cats and dogs with valid vaccination and health certificates, entry permits, and other required documentation for transit countries.

• Maximum of two live animals allowed in the cabin per flight.
• Transportation requires reservations due to restrictions on number and type of pets.
• Pets must be transported in a designated cage measuring 55 x 40 x 20 cm, provided by the owner.
• Total weight of pet plus cage must not exceed 6 kg.
• Cage must have a label with the passenger's and animal's name.
• Pets must be healthy, harmless, clean, and odor-free.
• Station staff may refuse boarding if the pet appears restless, aggressive, or sickly.
• Health certificate, vaccination certificate, and ID must be kept with the passenger and shown during flight acceptance and upon request.

Pet transportation is subject to individual countries' laws on entry, exit, and transit. Some countries may prohibit pets from entering, exiting, or transiting with passengers. Please consult your tour operator for details.

In Cargo Carrier Details

Pets allowed are cats and dogs that are non-aggressive and pose no threat.

• Valid vaccination and health certificates, entry permits, or other required documents must be provided, including those required by transit countries.
• Pets must be carried in cages of specified dimensions.
• Maximum of 4 live animals can be transported in the cargo hold on a single aircraft.
• Pets weighing over 6 kg including the cage are transported in the cargo hold.
