Frontier Flying Service transports guide dogs and service dogs free of charge along with their owner or trainer.

Notify the airline at purchase in the “Special Assistance” area if assistance from a guide or service dog is required.
Service animals travel in the cabin next to their owner, in a preferred seat.
Animals must be equipped with a collar, leash, and harness with handle, and be clean and in good health.
Pets travel in a container beneath the seat in front of the owner.
Customers with guide or service dogs must present the animal and documentation at the airport counter; online check-in is not available.

Transportation of dogs, including guide and service dogs, on flights departing from Brazil to the USA is temporarily suspended due to a canine rabies outbreak.

Animals under 4 months of age are not transported.
