Condor Pet Policy (Dogs & Cats only)
- Only accepted with confirmed reservation on Condor-operated nonstop flights; capacity limited. One animal per carrier; typically max one pet per passenger.
- Compliance: Follow IATA Live Animal Regulations and bring the completed Condor Live Animal Acceptance Checklist to check-in.
Pets in Cabin (PETC)
- Carrier: IATA-compliant, ventilated, waterproof, lockable; must fit under seat. Max size 55 x 40 x 20 cm; max combined weight (pet + carrier) 8 kg.
- Pet must remain fully inside the closed carrier and be able to stand, turn, and lie naturally.
- Counts in addition to the normal cabin baggage allowance.
- Seat restrictions: Not permitted in Business Class on A330neo aircraft, at exit rows, or behind partitions.
- Booking cutoff: up to 24 hours before departure.

Pets in the Cargo Hold (AVIH)
- Flights: Only on direct Condor flights; book up to 48 hours before departure. Provide total weight (animal + crate), exact crate dimensions, and dog breed.
- Crate: IATA LAR compliant; escape-proof; ventilated; watertight base lined with absorbent material; with water/food containers. Animal must stand without head/ears touching the roof, turn around, and lie naturally.
- Hold environment: approx. 10°C on short/medium haul; approx. 18–23°C on long haul; ventilated.

Two size tiers: up to 80 x 55 x 100 cm / up to 125 x 75 x 100 cm.

Restrictions
- No pets (cabin or hold) to/from: Antigua; Barbados (cruise flights, flight numbers starting with 3); China; Dubai; Great Britain; Jamaica; Mauritius; Panama; Sharjah; South Africa.
- Hold embargo (cabin may be allowed) to/from: Beirut; Egypt; Erevan; Las Vegas (May–September); Phoenix; Sulaymaniyah.
- Brachycephalic (snub-nosed) breeds are not accepted. Listed/”fighting” dog types are not accepted. Applies to mixed breeds.
- Age/entry: Within EU typically ≥4 months; from unlisted third countries to EU typically ≥7 months. Follow all destination-specific veterinary and entry rules.
- USA: CDC rules apply (e.g., Dog Import Form; bans from high-risk rabies countries within last 6 months).
Service Animals
- Only trained assistance/service dogs accepted in the cabin free of charge. Pre-booking at least 48 hours recommended.
- US routes: DOT Service Animal Air Transportation Form required (and DOT Relief Attestation if flight ≥8 hours).
- Dog must behave appropriately and must not block aisles or exits.
- Emotional Support Animals are not recognized; they must travel as pets under the standard pet policy and fees.

The dog must behave appropriately, may not block aisles or exits, and should not be tranquilized. Non-trained dogs must travel under the pet policy with applicable rules and fees.
