Service Animal Policy

Service animals allowed in cabin free of charge when harnessed and on duty.
Must travel at customer’s feet.
Defined as animals required by a person with a disability for assistance, including working dogs for search and detection.
Must have a registered training certificate to qualify.
Commercial detection animals subject to regular cargo charges.
Due to aircraft size, larger service animals may not be accommodated; contact reservations at least 48 hours before flight.

Only one small dog or cat allowed in cabin per passenger.
Pet must remain in carrier under the seat in front at all times.
Carrier must be leak-proof and well ventilated; hard-sided preferred but soft-sided accepted.

Maximum combined weight of pet and carrier: 22 lbs (10 kg).
