Service Animal Policy

  • Service animals allowed in cabin free of charge when harnessed and on duty.
  • Must travel at customer’s feet.

In-Cabin Pet Carrier Rules

  • Only one small dog or cat allowed in cabin per passenger.
  • Pet must remain in carrier under the seat in front at all times.
  • Carrier must be leak-proof and well ventilated; hard-sided preferred but soft-sided accepted.
  • Carrier size limits: Height 8.5 in (22 cm), Width 15.5 in (39 cm), Length 17.5 in (44 cm).
  • Maximum combined weight of pet and carrier: 22 lbs (10 kg).
  • Carrier must allow pet to stand, turn around, and lie down comfortably.
  • In case of severe allergies, pet may be required to travel at rear of aircraft or in cargo hold.

  • Beechcraft 1900D accepts kennels up to Intermediate size; Dash 8 and Dornier 328 accept Small to Large sizes.
  • Maximum of two animals per kennel if under 30 lbs each and from same household; up to three animals under six months from same litter allowed.
  • No mixing of different species in same kennel.
