Pet Policy Summary
- Where pets are allowed: In cabin on domestic flights only (no pets on international flights). Breeze does not accept any animals as checked baggage or cargo.
- Eligible species: Domesticated cats and dogs only.
- Limits: Max 1 pet per guest; max 5 pets per flight; pet must weigh 25 lb (11.3 kg) or less.
- Carrier: Soft-sided, must fit under the seat; max external size 17" x 8" x 13" (L x W x H). Carrier counts as the personal item and must be inspected/approved by a Breeze Team Member.
- Seating: Guests traveling with a pet may not sit in Breeze Ascent, the row immediately behind Breeze Ascent, or any exit row.
- Conduct: Pet must be harmless, odorless, non-disruptive, and require no attention in transit; disruptive pets may be removed at the first stop.
- Fees: Additional charge applies for in-cabin pets (amount posted on Breeze’s website).
- Service animals: Breeze accepts service dogs only at no charge (up to two per guest) with DOT Service Animal Air Transportation Form submitted at least 48 hours before departure; DOT Relief Attestation required for flights over 8 hours. Service dog must fit on the lap without intruding or in foot space without blocking egress and may not sit on a seat or touch the seat/tray. If in a carrier, pet-carrier seating restrictions apply. A carrier for a service dog does not count toward the carry-on allowance.
- Official duty dogs: Explosive-detection or search-and-rescue dogs on official duty may travel on domestic flights at no charge with proper documentation; handler must check in at least one hour before the standard cutoff.
