Service Animals Policy

Trained guide dogs for people with visual impairments, hearing impairments, autism, epilepsy, or other conditions are allowed to travel in the cabin free of charge without a carrier.

• Must bring documents certifying the animal's health, training adequacy, and right to use it.
• Booking must be made at least 48 hours before departure.
• Proof of training or certification (e.g., Regulation (EC)1107/2006, UK DfT Guidance) is required each time.
• Acceptable certifications include those from IGDF, EGDF, ADI, or other nationally/internationally recognized organizations.
• Passengers should take measures to avoid disturbing others.

In-Cabin Pet Carrier Rules

• Allowed only for dogs and cats up to 8 kg total weight (animal plus carrier).
• Service available on ATR and Airbus fleet types except Athens-London and London-Athens routes.
• Carrier maximum size: 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm (soft case preferable).
• Carrier must provide enough space for the animal to stand, move, and lie down.
• Carrier must remain under the passenger's seat throughout the flight.
• Animals must be clean, healthy, harmless, odorless, not pregnant, and not disturbing other passengers.
• Passengers traveling with infants cannot bring pets in the cabin.
• Pregnant passengers may not travel with a pet in the cabin.

Checked/Cargo Pet Transportation Rules

• Available only on ATR fleet type.
• Allowed for dogs and cats weighing more than 8 kg up to 25 kg total weight (animal plus carrier).
• Carrier maximum size: 70 cm x 50 cm x 51.5 cm; wheels must be removed.
• Absorbent material must be placed at the bottom of the kennel.
• Animals must be clean, healthy, harmless, odorless, and not pregnant.
• Animals must remain in the carrier throughout the flight; passengers must provide enough food and water.
• Conditions in the cargo hold are similar to the cabin; no access to the hold during flight.
• Only dogs and cats are allowed; other animals are not permitted.

Charges are non-refundable if the passenger cancels.
