Allegiant Air Pet Policy

Only domestic dogs and cats are allowed in the cabin within the contiguous 48 United States.
Pets must be transported in a carrier no larger than 9âH x 16âW x 19âD. It's suggested that this be a soft-sided carrier. There should be no more than 2 pets per carrier.
A pet carrier counts as one of your two allowed carry-on items. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 per segment per carrier applies.
Each traveler may have only one pet carrier. All animals must be at least eight weeks old.
Pets must remain in the carrier and only be handled by the traveler at the airport terminal and on the aircraft.
Pet carriers must be placed under the seat during taxi, take-off, and landing.
All animals must be harmless, non-disruptive, odorless, and cannot be ill, violent, or in physical distress.
Pets must fit comfortably in the carrier and have the ability to stand up and turn around.
Passengers with pets cannot occupy an exit row, one row before/after an exit row, or a seat in the bulkhead.
Pets and pet carriers must be checked in at least one hour prior to departure to ensure compliance with guidelines.
Allegiant does not transport animals in the cargo bin and assumes no responsibility for pets' health and well-being in the cabin.
A health certificate is not required for pets.
Passengers who do not comply with these guidelines may be denied boarding.

Maximum carrier size: 8"H x 14"W x 18"L, fully closeable to contain pet.

Pets must remain inside carrier at all times in airport and onboard, handled only by traveler.
