- Pets can travel in the cabin or the aircraft hold, depending on the pet's species, breed, and weight.
- Each passenger is allowed up to 5 pets. More than this requires contacting the Cargo Department.
- Pets in the cabin must be in a soft, ventilated, approved carrier with maximum dimensions of 40 x 30 x 30 cm.
- Total weight of the pet and the carrier should not exceed 10 kg.
- Only dogs and cats are accepted on short- and medium-haul flights, with restrictions for Business Class on certain aircraft.
- Long-haul flights do not allow pets in Business Class.
- Pricing is based on the route and subject to taxes.
- Travelers to the U.S. must comply with CDC regulations, including completing the CDC import form in advance.
