Restrictions

Service Animals: Only dogs will be allowed as service animals (SVAN). Guide dogs must be harnessed and wearing an identifying tag. Acceptance of such animals is subject to their size. They must be presented at the check-in counter no less than 2 hours prior to departure. Animals shall be at least 8 weeks old. Service animals are expected to behave in public and obey their owner's orders. The pet must remain sitting on the floor opposite the owner's seat for the entire flight. This service does not generate any additional charges. There is no limit in the number of flight hours. If necessary, taking into consideration the physical or motor abilities of the customer, cleaning onboard the aircraft due to the pet in the cabin will be the responsibility of the customer. In the exceptional case that the pet does not behave, we may ask for information about the service animal's training. Restrictions Items, like blankets and pillows, are for the exclusive use of the customers.

Emotional Support Animals: Guidelines Dogs and cats are allowed on board as emotional support pets. Pets shall weigh no more than 26 lbs /12 kg and be no bigger than 22 in long x 12 in tall. Acceptance of such animals is subject to their size. Animals shall be at least 8 weeks old. Animals must be presented at the check-in counter no less than 2 hours prior to departure. The animal may be trained or not trained to perform visible functions. The animal must be trained to behave correctly in public places, just as is required of service animals. If needed, the customer is fully responsible for cleaning up after the animal on the aircraft. Restrictions Airlines like Iberia (IB) and Air Europa (UX) do not accept the special service ESAN on connecting flights. If a customer starts their journey with Aeromexico and continues on flights with these airlines, it will not be possible to accept them. Only 1 service animal is accepted per customer, except on flights to the United States. The emotional support animal must remain in the passenger's lap or under the seat in front of them throughout the entire flight, and must not obstruct or invade the space of other passengers or the aisle. The owner is prohibited from feeding or giving fluids to the pet on board the plane. The food provided on board is only for passengers. The emotional support animals can never be placed on the seats, even if they are empty. If a passenger sitting close to the emotional support animal presents allergies or something similar, it may be possible to give another seat to the passenger with the animal. If there are no seats available, the passenger with an emotional support animal will be placed on a different flight, with no additional charge or penalties. No compensations are applicable for this change. A pet carrier is not required for the emotional support animals if they are properly trained and meet the same requirements as service animals. One pet may be carried onboard per passenger, emotional-support animals (ESAN) and service animals included—ie, a client may NOT transport 1 service pet + 1 pet in cabin or 1 ESAN + 1 pet in cabin or 1 ESAN + 1 service pet. If there are connecting flights, the service animal must travel in all the stretches included in the original booking. Unaccompanied minors cannot travel with supported animals (ESAN) since minors cannot be responsible for pets on board. Animals not allowed for emotional support Rodents or any variants (mice, rats, hamsters, gerbils, reptiles, and guinea pigs), as rodents cannot travel onboard the aircraft. Birds, small-pocket pets, such as hedgehogs, rabbits, chinchillas, prairie dogs, and ferrets. Emotional support animals traveling to London They're not allowed
